Allocations based on Budgets and Forecasts

 We have a requirement to create allocations from Budgets and Forecasts to various projects and tasks. The requirement is to use the PM workplan budget and forecast or to update OP budgets and forecasts then run the allocations. Per Oracle help budgets and forecasts is not listed as being a Source.

Can this be done?
