Trouble upgrading Grid

(I am working on a solaris sparc 64 bit machine)

I have having trouble with starting the OMS and the Agent. This is what was done recently.

1)  Oracle 10.2.0.1 software was installed

2)  A database was created (using DBCA)

3)  OEM Grid 10.2.0.1 was then installed, but after installation there have been problems trying to start the services.

      3a)   tried starting the agent  -  (emctl start agent) - this failed

      3b)   tried getting status of the OMS  -  (emctl status oms)  - got an error:  Oracle Enterprise Manager 10g Grid not installed. Request   ignored.

      3c)   tried starting ias  -  (emctl start iasconsole)  -  got the following message:  unable to determine console port. /apps/oracle/product/10.2/sysman/j2ee/config/emd-web-site.xml not found. No such file or directory.
