add new language in 10204 solaris

hello all,
with help of metalink note 784668.1 i had installed a additional language to our Database Binary.
After this i had installed the patchset 10204 with -addLangs option. Everything work´s fine.

Now the question:
Must i perform the postupgrade steps, discribed in the 10204 patchset readme again  (catupgrade.sql and so on...) or is there no need to do this ?

My meaning is, that there is no need to perform the postupgrade steps.
And yours ?
