Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. performance degradation

We have open db with 10.2.0.4.0. We are analyising table with

Exec DBMS_STATS.GATHER_TABLE_STATS with estimate_percent=>10 and cascade=>true but

performance degraded with analyse . whenever we delete statistics perfromance found ok

Please give some inputs and suggest.
