Error while Update from 10.2.0.3 to 10.2.0.4

 Hai, i try to install the Patch 10.2.0.4. At the moment 10.2.0.3 is installed.
I did all steps off the documentation, but now i become an error.
Here´s a screenshot (it´s in german). It´s mean, the file msvcr71.dll is blocked by an process.


Can somebody tell me, what process probably use this file?
Or what i can do, to unblock this file?
