Customer 360 degree View

 Hello,

I have read this in the User Guide that there is something called a "Customer 360 degree View" in Trade Management.

The user Guide says:

All the details such as the Orders, Invoices, Service Requests, Products, Returns, Campaigns, and Events that are related to the customer will be displayed.

Can anyone help on what kind of Info can be viewed here?

Can someone provide a screen shot of this?

However, when I go to Customer-> Organizations I am asked to Create a Record there...

When I try to do that, I get this error.
