Can multiple AP/PO OUs be mapped to a single Project OU?
We are going to implement multiple Payables OUs for different locations, all belong to the same Legal Entity and SOBs. Do we need to create corresponding project Operating units for each of these AP OUs? The reason I ask is, I don't see any benefit in maintaining 3 project OUs if one OU can do the job.
Say these OUs are - A, B and C. Only A will own projects, and B and C will not. However, there will be expenditure organizatinos that truly belong to B and C (from a business point of view) - I was hoping that I can just deal with that in the Expenditure Organization hierarchy - create seperate BUs for each of those OUs and have the corresponding expenditure organizations fall under each of this BU. And then I can tweak the AutoAccounting rules/Provider Receiver Controls/Transfer price schedules so that the accounting generated is good.
