Newbie, how to set up VIP for Oracle Clusterware on Windows Server 2003 SP2 x64? Please help

If someone could please help me it would be greatly appreciated. i am a bit of a Newbie at this.

I am trying to install oracle RAC and i dont know how to create a VIP on my server.

So first step i need to run cluvfy to see if its ready to go.

I get an error on my VIP saying

ERROR:
Could not find a suitable set of interfaces for VIPs.

A little background for hardware if needed.

We have 2 IBM HS21 Blades that will have the nodes on them.

We are running a IBM blade center H
