When and what sequence the RCV tables are created/updated

 Hi All,

Could some one list out when and what sequence RCV tables (rcv_shipment_Headers, rcv_shipment_lines, rcv_transactions etc) are created/updated during the following transactions.

1. Inventory (Inter org transfer)

2. Po Receiving

3. Shipment

4. ISO (Shipment / Receiving)
