How Oracle defaulting source subinventory in Move Order Line

Dears,
Good day,

Kindly I need to know How Oracle defaulting source subinventory in Move Order Line, since I have created a move order without source subinventory at line level, then I have transacted this move order and oracle had withdrawal the items from a subinventory which I didn't know how it selected it. whatever, I transfered the items from this subinventory to another (in the test environment) and created a new move order, at these time oracle withdrawal from another subinventory!!! I continued in my trials, and in some cases oracle withdrawal from 2 subinventories...

can anyone help me in understanding how oracle did that??? noting that source subinventory field in Move Order Line is not mandatory!!!
