ora-12545 on 10gr2 RAC on linux

 HI,
I have a fresh installation of 10gr2 RAC with two nodes on linux.  I have configured the listener.ora and tnsnames.ora as per metalink documentation,  I m able to connect using clients (windows as well as linu clients) but once a while it gives error message " ORA - 12545 :Connect failed because target host or object does not exist" . I have configured remote_listener as well as the local_listener also.  The problem do not come when it is in dedicated mode, it appears only in shared sherver mode.

IS THIS A BUG?  HOW TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM?
