RMAN Level 0 backup error

Hi

I am getting below error while taking a backup of RMAN integrated with Tivoli Storage Manager while taking a backup.

RMAN-03015: error occurred in stored script backup_db_level_0
RMAN-03009: failure of backup command on tape4 channel at 05/17/2009 14:25:46
ORA-19502: write error on file "dbf_t687101728_s144927_p1", blockno 50332673 (blocksize=512)
ORA-27030: skgfwrt: sbtwrite2 returned error
ORA-19511: Error received from media manager layer, error text:
   ANS1017E (RC-50)  Session rejected: TCP/IP connection failure
