Item Lot Control Issue

I have an item with On Hand qty in Inventory. Initially the lot control was not enabled for the items. So I had issued all the qty available & Updated the Lot Control Info. Then returned the original qty. Now when I try to Issue out this item, It is asking for Lot Control . And after giving the lot Number, it says there is no qty available. Eventhough if you search for the item , you can see the Onhand qty without the lot Number. But if you search by the item with lot number , there is 0 qty.

Please help how  I can resolve this issue.
