OC4J_EM restarting itself every day

Every day our OC4J_EM (on Grid Control on AIX5L) restarts itself 2 or 3 times. The availability history shows its down for 5 to 10 minutes each time it restarts.
/oracle/oms10g/j2ee/OC4J_EM/log/OC4J_EM_default_island_1/server.log shows the following info when its restarting:

09/05/19 00:28:22 10.1.2.0.2 Started
09/05/19 00:28:29 Forced or abrupt (crash etc) server shutdown detected, starting recovery process...
09/05/19 00:28:29 Recovery completed, 0 connections committed and 0 rolled back...
09/05/19 00:28:29 10.1.2.0.2 Started

/oracle/oms10g/j2ee/OC4J_EM/log/OC4J_EM_default_island_1/em-application.log just shows the following info when its restarting:

09/05/19 00:28:26 Started

Any idea why this could be happening, please?
