Possible restore rman taken on 64 bits restore to 32 bits ?

HI All,  Would like to check if it is possible to restore a rman full backup taken on 64 bits to 32 bits ?

The scenario as below:
No rman catalog
OS Platform from Windows Server 2003 64 bits to Windows Server 2008 32 bits
Oracle DB 10gR2 64 bits to Oracle DB 10gR2 32 bits  (10203_vista_w2k8_x86_production_db)
