Invalid Category when trying to add any requisition to cart

Hi,

This is an urgent issue we have at the moment. We have applied all the latest iProcurement patches and when we try and create a non-catalogue requisition and Add to Cart we keep getting an "Error: Invalid Category" message (ICX_POR_INVALID_CATEGORY).

All searches on metalink relate to importing issues etc.

The category is valid (it can be selected from the list). There are no customisations or extensions on the page. We have set the 3 profile options POR: Enable Req... to "No", and still no joy.

Can anyone suggest what we can do to get us closer to resolving this issue??
