Business Rule WorkBench - how does RECORD_STATUS get updated from 'PRESENT' to 'HISTORIC' in the
CS_BRM_3D_SERVICE_REQUEST_V view and check RECORD_STATUS for values of 'PRESENT' and 'HISTORIC' I have yet to see any row on the table that has a value other then 'PRESENT'. I have changed and saved Service Requests mutiple times yet the RECORD_STATUS remains 'PRESENT' . Under what conditions does RECORD_STATUS ever get changed to 'HISTORIC'?
