Tinning Pack, Lock manager, Top sessions

 I have a 10g release 1 enterprise manager console installed on my windows laptop. I use it to manage 9i and 10g databases.
Im in need of a lock manager and top sessions that are not installed in the enterprise manager. How can i get them to show up in the tabs in the enterprise manager?
