11i WSH Get the Error --Delivery Line Does Not Satisfy Credit Payment Requirements

 We recently came across this error. When Interface trip stop was submitted for 2 different orders for same customer ship confirmation failed with this reason. But when the 2 orders where put in individually the ship confirmation was fine. Can somebody please explain why this error occurs and how to over come it.
