Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Newbie installing patchsets 10.2.0.4

I am just upgrading from 10.1.0.3 to 10.2.0.4.

I have installed 10.2.0.1 for Win32 and installed it into a new ORACLE HOME. Do I now have to install all patches or can I go direct to 10.2.0.4?
