Monitoring database using the inbuild OEM pages

 Dear all,
I want to use OEM to be able to produce performance monitoring pages just like the attachment that I provide on another site without the other administrative pages from logging in using SYSTEM.

OS = Redhat enterprise linux server 5 update 3
DB ver = 10.2.0.4
