9i Oracle Enterprise Manager Not able to connect to Oracle 10g DB.

 Hi

I am trying to connect to Oracle 10g database using Oracle 9i Enterpise Manager Console,Standalone. but getting the below error

"The application requires you have been granted the SELECT ANY DICTIONARY privilege." Contact your DBA to grant you this privilege."

I have already given this privilege to the user, even the user with dba privilege in oracle 10g is not able to connect from 9i OEM console.

Is there any workaround/solution for this.
