Setting up SSC wallets

I'm trying to set up an SSC connection by following the instructions in the Advanced Security Administrator’s Guide (B14268-02). I've never tried to configure any security settings before, so I'm very much the beginner at this. The steps I've done so far are:
Chapter 8, Enabling SSL
Task 1: I've used Universal Installer to confirm that Oracle Advanced Security is installed on the server, and patched up to 10.2.0.4.0
Task 2 Step 1: The Wallet Manager didn't show any wallets already created, but I followed the instructions to create a new one and save it in the default location.
Task 2 Step 2: Opened Net Manager and selected Profile, but Oracle Advanced Security does not appear in the drop-down list (only Naming and General).
