Created new Burden Schedule Version with new Structure. Importing Issue

I have created a new Burden Structure and tied that to a new Version of the Composite Schedule.  Labor hours are able to be imported with the PRC: processes without error, but the PRC: Interface Supplier Costs error everytime with the "Can not find burden schedule revision".  Is there a step I am missing?
