Tax Rate not displaying in the Sales Tax Rates Form

 Hello,

   We are implementing 11i APPS.   We do currently have 10.7 APPS.

    I am still chasing the issue of why our county tax is not being calculated when invoicing.

   But,  i figured i would try to get help on this other issue, first.

    When i go to the forms   in 11.5.10   Recievables/Set up/ Tax/Sales Tax Rates  or

                                                                  Recievables/Set up/ Tax/Locations,      the TAX_RATE % column is null. 

    I am trying to figure out why this column is null on these forms.

    When i do the  HELP/ DIAGNOSTICS/EXAMINE,     i see this field is called TAX_RATE_DSP.

    But when i look at the field  TAX_RATE,  it has the correct value of 7 in it.   I also see that the field TAX_RATE_FLEX_DESC has the correct information in it as well.
