Small dots appear on Field Service Dispatch Center CSFDCMAI (R12.0.3). What's this?

Hi,

Some of our Field Service users occasionally notice that one or more small dots have appeared on the GANTT-chart (Field Service Dispatch Center). These dots can appear for several days in a row and then suddenly disappear.

Does anyone have an idea what they are and what could be causing this? See example below.
