What is the link between Customer and Sales Tax in 11i?

Hello,

I am trying to figure out in 11i APPS tables , what is the link between the customer on an order and the tax tables.

I found out that the Location_ID in the RA_ADRESSES_ALL table is the link to the AR_SALES_TAX table in 10.7 apps tables.

But what is the link in 11i?

Any help appreciated.
