how to install MGW on Windows 64-bit X64 platform with 10.2.0.4 DB

Hi all,
Does anyone knows or has met with this problem (?):
 
One customer has Windows 64-bit X64 platform with 10.2.0.4 DB and he wants to install "Oracle Messaging Gateway" (MGW) component.
I found patch no 6688246 (for 10.2.0.3)

README for 6688246 : " This needs to be installed over a 10.2.0.3.0 Database Oracle Home"

Does anyone knows what is the procedure for this situation if the client's environment is 10.2.0.4 , how MGW can be installed in this situation ?
