Maximum number of tasks in a structure?

 Hi,
Does anyone know the maximum number of tasks that Oracle recommend for a structure? We have projects which have 1500 tasks with 3 levels in the structure tree - these projects are already taking 15 seconds to open and thats an empty structure (no actuals, FP etc)

I've put the question to support who refuse to provide any guidance as to the designed capacity for structures. Any experience of reaching a level where performance becomes unreasonable would help me guide my client.
