Document Sets in Shipping Execution 11i

Hi Everyone
I wonder if somebody could help me...... my boss asked me to 'force' the system to print out document sets accordingly to the delivery (differentiate document sets). Printing documents and Document Set content is not a problem, but I can't find any information about how to derive correct Document Set onto Ship confirm window. I know that I can define "Default Ship Confirm document Set" in shipping parameters, but then, people confirming the delivery will always print only one default document set.
I would be very gratefull if somebody shared his or her experience.
