Getting error in Jdeveloper while trying to run seeded page

 C:\j9\jdevhome\jdev\myprojects\oracle\apps\icx\req\server\server.xml

Error: unable to copy to output directory, server.xml not found

Can any one suggest what went wrong. I have added server files from add to project function.
