An other way to exclude an organization in the "Change Organization" form ?

 Hi,

I want to exclude an organization in the "Change organization" screen. I know that it is possible to do using the organization access form (there you have to define a line for the organization and a responsability).

But, what i would like to do is just not to see the organization in the change organization form, without having to define a line in the organization access form. Is it possible to do it ?
