Is there any API related to Item Translation table

Hello Oracle Inventory Team,

Is there any API related to Item Translation ? My Colleauge wanted to create and update mtl_system_items_tl table

He is using the API EGO_ITEM_PUB.process_items for Item Creation/Update.
