Subinv/Loc Confirmation During Pick Drop

We are using 11.5.10.2 with Oracle WMS.  We use Paper-Based Pick and always Drop the picked LPN's into the same staging subinventory/locator.  We would like to remove the requirement for confirming the staging subinventory/locator during the Drop.  We have been trying to use Mobile Personalization but haven't gotten it to work.  Has anyone been successful at this?
