Can Internet Procurement be implemented as Set of Books specific?

 I am asking because when I created a separate responsibility for Internet Procurement and tied that responsibility to a different SOB than our corporate set of books, I was still able to shop in iProcurement and the requisition was able to be autocreated in our Corp SOBs rather than the 'other' SOB.

Is it possible to have separate iProcurement implementations?  How do we keep these separate?
