OM TO IB Interface Errors -Transaction Details are Mandatory for Cancellation / RMA Fulfillment . Pl

 Hi
I got error "Transaction Details are Mandatory for Cancellation / RMA Fulfillment . Pl. enter it , the RMA Line ID (XXXX)." i can able to clear this errors by providing old instance number and return by date in Transaction error Details form.

But how can i fix these errors from backend, what are the API do i need to use, can you please help me.
