How to clear stock in single transaction

 Hi All

We have the following requirement from customer. Any suggestions are welcome.

Ct has a requirement to clear all existing stock in a specific organization. They are not using this inventory org anymore but Oracle system still show onhand for about 2000 items. Is there any single step way to clear this onhand from the org ? Miscellaneous issue will have to be done 2000 times manually which user does not want.

I was thinking of getting a dump of these items and onhand from the inventory and use the item interface to clear out these. But this will definately require coding.
