RUP 6 Installation issues

Dear All

I have been facing a weird issue for more than one year. After applying RUP6 patch all responsibilities from all users disappeared. Al most 5 times I have tried but all the times I face the same issue. Raised SR minimum 3 times it just went for long time but no resolution I found.

Does any one face this issue or can any one help me out what I am doing wrong?
