 Can we segregate data with in projects making it viewable to specific group of users and not accessible to others.
Requirement in detail.There are few hundreds of employees using oracle projects logging in their time through OTL and interfacing it to projects.We have another group of users who should be able to view data pertaining to only some employees rather than all the hundreds of employees in projects.

How can this be achieved?I know there is a HR:Security profile option but not sure if this can solve our problem.

Ant inputs are appreciated.
