Adding additional Workflow Attributes to Business Rule Workbench in R12
Hi all,
Business Rule Workbench for R12 has the following persons listed in the Workflow Attributes screen that could receive a Notification: Business Owner, Document Owner, Document Owners HR Manager & Escalation Territory Primary Contact.
How difficult is it to add additional options? I have requirements to send Notifications to the person a Service Request or Task is assigned to, the Group a Service Request or Task is assigned to and the employee (Customer) the Service Request is being created for.
Is there any step by step documentation that will guide me through this? I'm new to Oracle R12 coming from a PeopleSoft background so I really need some sort of a step by step guide and the confirmation that this can be done using this tool..
