Monitoring Oracle Forms and Business Intelligence Installs (10.1.2.3)

I'd like to know if anyone is having success monitoring Oracle Forms and Business Intelligence installs with grid control. I am testing 10.2.0.5 for my environment, and the Forms & BI installs always show with status of down. I'm working an SR now, but if you have this working, please let me know.

I've tried monitoring with all the app server components enabled and started...OMS shows 11 of 11 components up, but overall  status still shows as down.

I've also tried disabling (through the as console) the components I don't use (portal and wireless), which leaves me with 7 components, still they all show as up but the overall status of the as shows as down.
