Avoiding cancellation requisitions in In Process status

 We are in iProcurement module. We want to avoid the cancellation of a In process requisition.  Avoid cancelling a requisition during the approval process. I've tried to desactivate some fonctions from iProcurement menu but it does not work; like POR_VIEW_ALL_REQS_CANCEL function.

Need some help!
