Project Allocations
We have a specific requirement where do need to allocate the labor cost for the indirect / administrative work accross the other projects.
Std Project allocation process allocate all the cost accumalted in the indirect project across all the projects. This does not fit in our requirement well.
Whats expected is to capture
1) Individual hrs & cost for employee (ABC) in the indirect project
2) Allocate his cost among those projects only where he (ABC) has worked in that period.
How to handle such scenario? Do we need to customize the process?
Any help will be appriciated.
