Database Vault 11g vs database vault 10g

Hi,

1. Is there difference between Database Vault 11g and 10g?

2. If the database is running on 11g, is the database vault 10g can be applied on the 11g database?

3. Is the database audit vault in 11g same with database vault 10g?

4. Is the database vault license bundle together with database enterprise edition? or we need to purchase a separate license for that although we have enterprise database license?
