To Create query to list out items "RECEIVED" and "DELIVERED" without "ACCEPT"

Hi, I need to create a query to list out Item details for Items which are "RECEIVED" and "DELIVERED" but not "ACCEPTED " .

Which tables / Views should I use :

RCV_VRC_TXS_V

or

RCV_TRANSACTIONS . or any other ......

Please suggest a workaorund asap, this is a priority issue at my workplace.......
