Approved Time Card is missing

Hi,
The time cards that are entered by en employee for the week Apr 12 shows as 'Approved' but are missing and does not show up in PA. We checked in PA > Expenditure Inquiry but this time card does not show up there either.
Any thoughts are welcome.
