dbms_tts Problem

 Hello everybody,
we work with ORACLE RDBMS 9.2.0.8 64Bit on Solaris 9 and encounter a problem with the package dbms_tts.
Running dbms_tts.transport_set_check always stops with errors
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-01001: invalid cursor
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_SYS_SQL", line 819
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_SQL", line 19
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_TTS", line 789
ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_TTS", line 818
ORA-06512: at line 1
The same problem exists on an other installation with the same SW-versions so that we think that is not a installation specific error.
We have done a lot of search (internet, metalink, personal contacts) but found no hints about a similiar problem elsewhere.

Howdy, Stranger!
