Tax Rate and End Date (effective) not displaying on Form

 Hello,

  Does anyone know why the Tax Rate and the  Effective End Date will not display on the Standard Oracle 11i (11.5.10) Apps form  "Review Sales Tax Rates - State, County, City".

   Path is  Setup: Tax: Sales Tax Rates.

  It does show the Start Effective Date for our records.  But will NOT display the End Date Effective.

 In the AR_SALES_TAX table,   there is a value for the End Date.

  The Tax Rate also,  does NOT show.

 But if you look at the bottom of the form for the field  TAX RATES,  that shows the  State + County + City.  It does show up.   example   4.000 + 3.000 + 1.000.     The number 8 will not show on the detail line for Tax Rates column.
