Australia PAY: LUMP SUM E PAYMENTS

I'd like to get some views in how to setup LUMSUM E Payments (Australia) to payback an employee who has his saalry deducted by mistake for over 12 months.
there's no document or description of how LUMSUM E payment is processed in oracle manuals, all what we can find in oracle is a seeded balance called LUMSUM_E_PAYMENT and there's no information about this balance.
from Tax point of view, you pay employees lumpsum e for previous income more or less 12 months..that been processed through th system incorrectly.
I really appreciate your help in this issue.
