SqlServer Plug - in & metrics modifications

Hello,

I have installed grid agent and the plug-in for mssqlserver 

Now from the grid control, i can see several mssqlserver metrics.

Where can i modify the metrics given with the plug-in, in order for the metrics to be friendly readable.

For example, according to a job, when it failed, i have an error message in the metrics list and the " last run outcome" metric for the job return its jobid (which is like a target_guid: Last Run Outcome for 14133B73-D53D-4D1A-B182-E55DE9EEEC1C)

Where do you think i can the sql code, for me to change it to the name job ?
